Stretches the top or bottom of a picture to any width. Not available because you must first make a rectangular selection.
To stretch the top or bottom of the selection to any width, choose this item; then drag by a handle.
Stretches the corners of a picture in any direction. Not available because you must first make a rectangular selection.
